2: When you request a quotation, pls help to send the cargo details with, commodities name, AOL, AOD, Cargo Weight, Packages, Sizes of Each Packages, Volume; When the cargo will be ready, which flight we want to catch up. Which airline you prefer. etc
3: Pls advise the terms of the trade, FOB or EXW, or others. If EXW, pls advise the supplier if they have export license or not.
4: For FOB Nomination cargo, pls advise the shipping instructions with Supplier details, and consignee details for both MAWB and HAWB, Also if any special attentions, pls advise before we process; For example, if the packing list and commercial Invoice need to go with the cargo or not, etc
